Vaimoa pyysin tänään valitsemaan saunaoluen. Hän kun ei ymmärrä oluesta mitään niin mainio valinta oli kokoelman ehkä vahvin, Calrsberg Elephant. Kaikki 7,2% voimaa on tuossa panimotuotteessa.
Elephant on vahva pilsner-tyyppinen olut.
Väri on mukavan kullan keltainen, lasiin kaadettaessa muodostaa mukavan valkean vaahdon. Vaahdon määrä on helppo säätää eikä kuitenkaan tarvitse pudottaa lasiin saadakseen vaahtoa.
Maku on täyttä tavaraa. Hieman makeahko maltaisuus antaa luonnetta ja runsas humalointi tekee purevuutta joka säilyy hyvin lasin loppuun vaikka ei kiirehtisikään. Makua alusta loppuun. Huurteisena raikas mutta luoteikas jääkaappikylmänä.

Today I asked my wife to select the beer after sauna. She understands nothing about the beer, so she selected maybe the strongest one from that collection, Carlsberg Elephant. All the 7,2%vol power in this bewerage.
Elephant is a strong pilsner type beer. Colour is something golden yellow tinted a little to amber.
It has nice mild scent and when poured to glass it creates easily good white foam crown. The foam creation is easy to control. Full-bodied taste has character from little sweetness of the malt and rich hop makes it biting which lasts till the end of the glass and doesn´t need to hurry up drinking. Full taste from 1st to last drop. Good and freshenign as frosty cold but charasteristic taste when just fridge cold.
